Owners Ben Towill and Phil Winser, together with chef Nick Wilber are the team behind The Fat Radish, a stylish and delicious New York City restaurant. A passion for fresh seasonal produce with a British twist made the restaurant an instant hit. The Fat Radish Kitchen Diaries is an everyday cookbook featuring recipes from the restaurant’s constantly evolving menu. Organized by season, it features a year’s worth of vegetable-focused recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and dessert. Each season ends with a “roast” - a multi-recipe menu designed for entertaining. The conversational writing style and straightforward recipes are complemented by photographs which capture the feel of the restaurant and its fun-loving owners.
