Take a contemplative stroll through the streets of Paris from the comfort of your own home with Paris au Cours du Temps. Berlin-based photographer Jörg Rubbert began his foray into capturing scenes of everyday life in the 1980’s, when he shot series of ordinary people on the beach. Here he turns his camera on the streets of Paris and its citizens, capturing how the city has changed from 1988 to 2019. Using imperfect, textural black and white film, each of Rubbert’s images has a peaceful quiet where you feel as if you can hear the subject’s thoughts. Nostalgia is juxtaposed with the new multicultural essence of Paris, with focus on daily activities like reading the paper, gathering with neighbors or looking out over the Seine. What results is a tender, thoughtful love letter to Paris, its transitions and the people who have called it home.

  • WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY — Your order will be shipped to a local delivery company, who will contact you to set up delivery. They will unwarp, inspect, assemble and place your item in your home. Arrives in 2-3 weeks.

Return Policy

Non-furniture Merchandise
Return non-furniture items purchased on our website within 30 days of original delivery for a full refund. We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund to the same credit card used for original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


In-stock Furniture Items

We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. To receive a full refund, call us at 800.472.1885 or email us at returns@jaysonhome.com. We will arrange to have the item(s) picked up by a local freight company, who will contact you to coordinate pick up. Once returned to our warehouse, we will inspect your item(s) and issue a refund accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
