If you’ve always dreamed of building your own architectural masterpiece, this is your time to shine! Our Little Building Co. Architectural Model Kits have everything you need to create a small scale (yet highly detailed) version of one of two iconic masterpieces — Frank Lloyd Wright’s Guggenheim Museum and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe’s Farnsworth House. Each kit is made up of sustainably-sourced wood and acrylic pieces, which you can put together with the help of clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The makers of these models put extensive research into each of their creations, pouring over sketches, drawings and photographs to capture every element of the original structures. This results in hyper-real miniature replicas that, once completed, look as though they came straight from the architects’ own studios. Fun to put together, they also make a beautiful object on a bookshelf or desktop when finished. Just add a tube of PVA wood glue and you’ve got the perfect gift for the architecture-fanatic in your life!

Furniture/Large Items

  • LOADING DOCK DELIVERY — Your order will be shipped to a local warehouse or receiving agent. Access to a loading dock is required. Arrives in 1-2 weeks.
  • FRONT DOOR DELIVERY — Your order will be shipped to a local delivery company, who will contact you to set up delivery. They will leave your wrapped order at the first dry/secure area. Arrives in 1-2 weeks.
  • WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY — Your order will be shipped to a local delivery company, who will contact you to set up delivery. They will unwarp, inspect, assemble and place your item in your home. Arrives in 2-3 weeks.

Return Policy

Non-furniture Merchandise
Return non-furniture items purchased on our website within 30 days of original delivery for a full refund. We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund to the same credit card used for original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


In-stock Furniture Items

We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. To receive a full refund, call us at 800.472.1885 or email us at returns@jaysonhome.com. We will arrange to have the item(s) picked up by a local freight company, who will contact you to coordinate pick up. Once returned to our warehouse, we will inspect your item(s) and issue a refund accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
