There’s nothing quite like a classic. Take, for example, our Life Tote, which we created in collaboration with NYC’s 8.6.4 Design. Crafted from sturdy cotton canvas in what was once an original L.L. Bean factory, this wonderfully capacious bag can hold just about anything you need it to, from your laptop and current read to your haul of fresh produce from the farmer’s market. There’s also one exterior and three interior pockets for all those important items you need to keep at the ready (i.e. not lost beneath everything else you’re transporting). For a personalized touch, you can also add a first or last name, special sobriquet or meaningful word with custom chainstitch embroidery from the very cool Chicago-based embroidery shop Vichcraft. So simple and timeless, this is a bag you’ll want to use for years to come — and you can, because that durable canvas material is made to last and will only get better with use!

  • IN-STORE PICKUP — Pick up at our Chicago shop anytime during store hours. Free.
  • COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY — Pillows, rugs & JH Gift Cards always ship free via UPS ground service. Arrives in 3-5 business days. Free.

Furniture/Large Items

  • LOADING DOCK DELIVERY — Your order will be shipped to a local warehouse or receiving agent. Access to a loading dock is required. Arrives in 1-2 weeks.
  • FRONT DOOR DELIVERY — Your order will be shipped to a local delivery company, who will contact you to set up delivery. They will leave your wrapped order at the first dry/secure area. Arrives in 1-2 weeks.
  • WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY — Your order will be shipped to a local delivery company, who will contact you to set up delivery. They will unwarp, inspect, assemble and place your item in your home. Arrives in 2-3 weeks.

Return Policy

Non-furniture Merchandise
Return non-furniture items purchased on our website within 30 days of original delivery for a full refund. We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund to the same credit card used for original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


In-stock Furniture Items

We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. To receive a full refund, call us at 800.472.1885 or email us at returns@jaysonhome.com. We will arrange to have the item(s) picked up by a local freight company, who will contact you to coordinate pick up. Once returned to our warehouse, we will inspect your item(s) and issue a refund accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
