Parisian candlemaker Astier de Villatte has collaborated with modern art museum Palais de Tokyo to create a luxe candle in response to the museum's "Double Je" exhibit. Hand crafted from natural vegetable wax, it features intoxicating notes of smoky cedar wood, warm skin and metallic vibrations that call to mind the concrete building, perched on the Seine, and the winding, spectator-filled walkways within. It's poured into a sculptural ceramic keepsake jar, designed with intricate, organic illustrations for a modern piece of artwork in miniature.
