Discover the origins of Mexico’s vibrant visual culture in the pages of Mexico: The Land of Charm. Capturing over four hundred images from Mexican print ephemera, this brightly-colored volume includes illustrations and photos from magazines, brochures, stamps, postcards, posters and other printed materials that were widely circulated from 1910 to 1960. As Mexico developed its own identity following the revolution in the first part of the twentieth century, and tourism from the United States increased, a passionate graphic style emerged to showcase what the country had to offer. Created primarily by Mexican artists, the illustrations collected are a culmination of symbols and archetypes that came to define Mexico, highlighting its pre-Hispanic heritage, figures from the revolution, tourist destinations, fertile farmlands, colorful national dress and vivacious fiestas. Mexico: The Land of Charm celebrates the postwar era when Mexico introduced itself to the world by creating a unique pictorial language that, though idealistic, seized the global imagination.

Return Policy

Non-furniture Merchandise
Return non-furniture items purchased on our website within 30 days of original delivery for a full refund. We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund to the same credit card used for original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


In-stock Furniture Items

We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. To receive a full refund, call us at 800.472.1885 or email us at returns@jaysonhome.com. We will arrange to have the item(s) picked up by a local freight company, who will contact you to coordinate pick up. Once returned to our warehouse, we will inspect your item(s) and issue a refund accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your refund.
