We are currently looking for a highly organized E-Commerce Customer Service Associate. You will be the main point of contact for our website customers. Essential responsibilities include pulling (picking) and processing orders, contacting customers to update them on their orders/back orders, and resolving customer issues. You will work with shipping to ensure that all orders are sent out within 24 hours of order placement. This role also helps with the Customer Service phone line and provides coverage for the retail store.
The ideal candidate has at least three years experience in high-end retail, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. An interest in interior design and familiarity with our products is a plus. Schedule requirements include working Saturdays or Sundays.
