Shipping & Delivery Information
Jayson Home determines the best shipping methods to use for your order depending on the merchandise you have chosen. Larger items, such as sofas, cannot be shipped in the same manner as pillows and other smaller items. For example, a sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier and a pillow will ship UPS. We select the best carriers to ensure that your order arrives to you in excellent condition and in a timely manner. We will let you know how your order will ship at the time of order. All of the shipping information below applies to shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us at info@jaysonhome.com with any questions.
Shipping Options
- White Glove delivery – Furniture can be shipped via white glove delivery anywhere within the United States. The delivery company will call to set up a four hour window for delivery. They will bring the piece to your room of choice, unwrap, inspect and assemble the piece of furniture. After you have approved, they will take all debris with them. Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork.
- Threshold delivery – Furniture can be shipped via threshold delivery anywhere within the United States. The delivery company will call to set up a four hour window for delivery. The delivery service will bring the piece of furniture to the first dry/secure area. Typically, this is the garage or covered porch. Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork.
- Dock to dock delivery – Furniture can be shipped dock to dock for both domestic and international locations. A dock to dock delivery must be delivered to a full access loading dock. This option is not available in residential areas.
- UPS standard delivery – Most non-furniture items can ship UPS ground service.
- UPS express delivery – Most non-furniture items can ship UPS express.
Domestic delivery time estimates
- Freight shipments for furniture and other large items will typically arrive within fifteen business days from your date of order. This includes white glove, threshold and dock to dock deliveries.
- Standard shipments will arrive via UPS in 3-5 business days.
- Express shipments will arrive via UPS within two business days.
- International shipping and delivery time estimates
- International freight shipments will typically arrive in 4-6 weeks.
- Standard International shipments will arrive in 10-14 business days.
Items shipped to international addresses are subject to additional charges depending on local duties and taxes. Please email international@jaysonhome.com for more information.
Gift cards ship via standard delivery at no charge and should arrive within 3-5 days. If you would like the gift card to arrive sooner, we can ship overnight on orders placed before noon CT for a charge of $16.00
Return Policy
We take great pride in the merchandise we sell, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason to return an item. We make the process simple by not requiring an authorization. Any merchandise other than furniture
Any item purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund as long as we receive the item back no later than 30 days from the day you placed your order. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Please package the item(s) in original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation. Include a copy of your invoice and send to:

We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund on the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your credit.
Be sure that you ship the item back so we receive it within the 30-day return window.
Furniture
We accept returns on furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For a full refund on furniture, please follow this procedure:
Contact Jayson Home within 14 days of receiving your item. You may contact us at 800-472-1885 or e-mail returns@jaysonhome.com so that we can arrange for the item to be picked up. We must be contacted within the 14-day return window or we will be unable to honor the return.
We will arrange to have the item picked up at your specified location using the most efficient shipping method. An assigned freight company will contact you to coordinate pickup.
The piece will be picked up and returned to our warehouse where we will inspect it and issue a credit accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been wrapped and protected as well as possible.
Holiday merchandise
Because merchandise purchased specifically for holidays is time sensitive, we can take returns only if they are received back in original condition no later than ten days from your date of purchase. We cannot accept returns of holiday merchandise after the associated holiday has passed. Please use the procedure above to make your return.
Sale items
Returns of items discounted on our website are treated as standard purchases. Please follow the instructions applicable to the type of item(s) you are returning.
Freight damage
We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our hands, so please contact Neil Goltz (neil@jaysonhome.com) as soon as possible if you receive a package with any visible damage. Neil will contact you to exchange damaged items. Please be sure that you do not sign any delivery paperwork before inspecting the piece.
