Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Jayson Home has determined the best, most efficient shipping methods, based on the merchandise you have selected. Large items, such as sofas, cannot be shipped in the same manner as pillows and other small items. For example, a sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier and a pillow will ship UPS. We've selected the best professional carriers to ensure that your order arrives to you in excellent condition and in a timely manner. We will let you know the method of shipping at the time of your order. All of the shipping options immediately below apply to shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • White Glove delivery – Furniture can be shipped via white glove delivery anywhere within the United States.  The delivery company will call to set up a four hour window for delivery.  They will bring the piece to your room of choice, unwrap, inspect and assemble the furniture.  After you have approved, they will take all debris with them.  Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork.
  • Threshold delivery – Furniture can be shipped via threshold delivery anywhere within the United States.  The delivery company will call to set up a four hour window for delivery.  The delivery service will bring the piece of furniture to the first dry/secure area.  Typically, this is a garage, covered porch, lobby or residential receiving dock.  Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork. 
  • Dock to Dock delivery – Furniture can be shipped dock to dock for both domestic and international locations.  A dock to dock delivery must be delivered to a full access loading dock.  This option is not available in residential areas.

             Please note that threshold and dock to dock deliveries may significantly reduce shipping costs.

  • UPS standard delivery - Most non-furniture items can ship UPS ground service.
  • UPS express delivery – Most non-furniture items can ship UPS express.
  • In-store pickup.
  • Complimentary delivery – Jayson Home Gift Cards ship free of charge via UPS ground service.  

DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

  • White Glove delivery for furniture and other large items will typically arrive within 15 business days from your date of order.
  • Threshold and door to door deliveries will reduce shipping time. 
  • UPS standard delivery will arrive in three to five business days.
  • UPS express delivery will arrive via UPS within two business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Shipments to AK, HI, other U.S. offshore destinations and international freight shipments will typically arrive in four to six weeks.
  • Standard UPS international shipments will arrive in 10-17 business days.

Items shipped to international addresses are subject to additional charges depending on destination, local duties and taxes.  Please email international@jaysonhome.com for additional information and shipping quotes.  

 

RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in the merchandise we offer, but understand there may be a reason to return or exchange an item.  We make the process simple by not requiring an authorization.  Simply follow the detailed instructions below.  Feel free to contact us at returns@jaysonhome.com if you have any questions.

ANY MERCHANDISE OTHER THAN FURNITURE

Any item purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund as long as we receive the merchandise back no later than 30 days from the day you placed your order.  Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. 

Please package the item(s) in original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation.  Include a copy of your invoice and send to:

We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund on the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase.  We will send you an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your credit. 

Please be sure that you ship the item back so we receive it within the 30-day return window and can issue you a timely refund.

IN-STOCK FURNITURE

We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.  Shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.  For a full refund on furniture, please follow this procedure:

Contact Jayson Home within 14 days of receiving your item.  You may contact us at 800-472-1885 or e-mail returns@jaysonhome.com so that we can arrange for the item to be picked up.  We must be contacted within the 14-day return window or we will be unable to honor the return.

We will arrange to have the item picked up at your specified location using the most efficient shipping method.  An assigned freight company will contact you to coordinate pickup.

The merchandise will be returned to our warehouse where we will inspect it and issue a credit accordingly.  Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been carefully wrapped and protected as best as possible. 

SPECIAL ORDER FURNITURE

We accept returns of special order furniture.  Please follow the instructions for returning in-stock merchandise.  In addition to non-refundable round trip shipping charges, there will also be a 25% (of the cost of the item) restocking fee deducted from your refund.   

HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE

Because merchandise purchased specifically for holiday is time sensitive, we can accept returns only if they are received back in original condition no later than ten days from your date of order.  We cannot accept returns of holiday merchandise post holiday.  Please use the procedure above to make your returns.

SALE ITEMS

Returns of items discounted on our website are treated the same as regular price merchandise returns.  Please follow the instructions applicable to the type of item(s) you are returning.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our store or warehouse.  In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, please contact returns@jaysonhome.com as soon as possible if you receive a package with visible damage.  We will contact you to exchange or replace damaged items.  Please be sure that you do not sign any delivery paperwork before inspecting the piece.
