Pairing 19th century pottery design with unique, old-world inspired details, the charming Low Cups would make a lovely addition to any tabletop. These delicate pieces come to us from renowned ceramicist Astier de Villatte's historic Paris workshop, housed in what was once the atelier of Napoleon's own silversmith.There, each of these one-of-a-kind mugs are handcrafted from black terracotta following old-school techniques passed down for generations. Along with the brand’s signature milky white glaze, they're finished with “boy” or “girl,” spelled out in blocky, vintage lettering taken from celebrated designer John Derian’s collection of antique images and calligraphy. Great for serving coffee or tea, we love the perfectly imperfect Boy and Girl Low Cups mixed in with other dishes for an eclectic serveware collection.

Return Policy

Non-furniture Merchandise
Return non-furniture items purchased on our website within 30 days of original delivery for a full refund. We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund to the same credit card used for original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


In-stock Furniture Items

We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will arrange to have the item(s) picked up by a local freight company, who will contact you to coordinate pick up. Once returned to our warehouse, we will inspect your item(s) and issue a refund accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your refund.
